MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We know you’re going to love it, but if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, select purchases are covered by our 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (*As notated by the Money Back Guarantee symbol of the product details page). If you are not satisfied with a qualified item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. Simply return any unused portion of your order for a refund by contacting our Customer Care department and asking for a RMA number and return instructions.

Please Note: Purity Hemp Naturals cannot process or exchange packages marked “Return to Sender.” To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send product back to the Purity Hemp Naturals returns department along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. We cannot issue refunds for Purity Hemp Naturals orders purchased from our subscription service (Replenishment kit) once the product has been shipped from our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
